What is a Registrar? From your first day of class to your walk across the graduation stage, the Office of the Registrar follows you through your time at Fountain Valley High School. All of your grades and official files are held in this office and may only be accessed by our Registrar office. The Registrar is located just behind the attendance office.  Mrs. Michaela Wakeman is your School Registrar

ORDERING TRANSCRIPTS
All official transcripts can now be ordered at  www.parchment.com. Please allow up to five business days for your transcripts to be sent. Transcripts will not be processed during holiday or school breaks. If you have a transcript mailed to your home address, please remember to keep it sealed. Once it is opened by you it is no longer official.

Basic steps to ordering a transcript:
Log on to www.parchment.com
Setup your account – you will need an email address
Select destinations – colleges, scholarships, NCAA, home address, etc.
Pay Online – a fee is charge for each transcript ordered
  Track Delivery – email notifications when delivered \electronically
