FVHS SPORT PHYSICALS

We will be having our Sport Physical Fair on May 20th here in the gym at FVHS! All Athletes must have a sport physical on file to participate in athletics.

In effort to be in line with our HBUHSD board policy and CIF rules, as well as limit the liability of our coaches, athletic department, school and the district, we have updated requirements for athletic physicals. The entire district will now be requiring all students to have a physical on file with the school before they can tryout, attend Summer camp or be enrolled in an athletic class. Physicals will be valid from mid May to mid May every year.
