(Winter Dance Information Sheet)

FVHS Gymnasium; Saturday February 4th, 2023

7-10pm

To maximize your enjoyment and safety, please read the following information carefully:

• Doors open at 7:00 PM and close at 8:30 PM; no one will be admitted after 8:30 PM. 
• Entrance will be at the north service road, (roller gate near the tennis courts/400’s).
• Once you check-in to the dance, you may not leave until 9pm. (NO RE-ENTRY)
• This dance is SEMI-FORMAL
• Current student ID’s are mandatory for all FVHS students AND guests for check-in. 
• Random breathalyzing and student searches will take place at the entrance of the dance.
• NO large bags allowed; ONLY small purses/bags will be allowed and will be subject to search. 
• ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!

• Please bring your completed guest contracts to the supervision office to get cleared by Friday January 27th, 3pm. 

Ticket prices:

Tickets can be purchased both online and in-person at the financial office starting on Thursday 2/2 and Friday 2/3. We will sell tickets for FVHS students ONLY at the door (Saturday night). 

• Thursday/Friday (2/2 and 2/3)
• Super Baron- $20.00 
• No Super Baron- $25.00
• Saturday (At the door, FVHS students only)
• $30.00 CASH ONLY
• Financial office window closes at 3pm on Friday, February 3rd.
• Online ticket sales will end at 11:59pm on Friday, February 3rd.
• All guest contract purchases must be made in person by 3pm on Friday, February 3rd.
• Guest contracts are due to the supervision office by Friday January 27th! 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE CONFISCATED, DO NOT BRING THESE ITEMS:

• Alcohol/Flasks. -Wallet chains
• Water bottles -Mouth wash
• Gum, mints, etc. -Glass bottles
• Markers/pens/pencils -Lighters/Matches
• Tobacco products -Perfume/Body spray/nail polish
• Sharp objects -Weapons
• Liquid items -Any illegal substances
• Eye drops
