Hello Future Rustler!

We would like to offer you an opportunity to join Golden West College's PUENTE Program! Puente is a one-year-long academic learning community where you can complete your English sequence (English G100S & English G110), as well as Counseling G104-Career and Life Planning and Counseling G205- Navigating Transfer Process, have access to a dedicated Counselor to explore your educational and career goals, and make connections with your peers, mentors, and your instructors. Also, you are guaranteed a full-time course load for the fall. 

The Puente Program is designed for students who wish to build a support system and learn the necessary skills to earn a degree, transfer to a four-year university, and give back to the community. 

PUENTE is sponsored by UC Berkeley and serves ALL students who are interested in being a part of a learning community, engaging with multicultural literature, and culturally enriching activities.
