Transcripts cost $2.00 each, payable in cash or money order. Make money order payable to FVHS.

Telephone, email or faxed requests will not be accepted.

To order in person: Request forms are located at the registrar's office in the administration building. Complete and sign form. You must show picture ID (driver's license, current student ID or other valid picture ID). Please allow at least one business day to process your request.

To order by mail: You must send a signed written request. Include your name while attending, date of birth, grad or non-grad, current phone number, address where you want your transcript sent, and payment. Mail to: Registrar, Fountain Valley High School, 17816 Bushard Street, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. Requests will take 3-5 business days to process.
